This Moncler pop up shop was in Greenwich, Connecticut. We transformed the entire space. Its astonishing walking in and being encompassed in complete red. Aesthetically, this was one of my favorite designs from Moncler. Our facility was responsible for the majority of this entire project including:

Carpeting the floors, parts of the walls, and some insets ini red • Fabrication of the center unit with underneath LED lighting • Fabrication of apparel units with stair shelving and a hang bar • Cash wrap in custom size with shelving system • Fabrication and installation of curved hang bar • Creation and installation of branded window vinyls • Hanging system created for 3d red chrome dolls • Planning and installation of all dolls on walls

To start my boss, a coworker and I drove out to Connecticut. We completed a thorough site survey. I then started to get to work on the drawings and layouts. While in this stage many changes are made due to engineering factors. I collaborated with the engineer and the construction manager a lot on this one. After getting final approval from the client production starts. I then coordinated with our printing facility for all vinyl or printed pieces. As the production moves along I check progress on fabrication and approve samples with my boss.
