MONCLER HIRSHLEIFERS
POP UP 2021

This is the prior Moncler shop we fabricated and installed for Hirshleifer’s of the Americano Mall, in Manhasset. Before this we did smaller pop ups in this store but this time was epic. This included:

Matte black painted walls • Custom color flooring installed in entire shop • Multiple illuminated apparel units to display product • Mannequin risers wrapped in holographic vinyl • Illuminated logos & rooster emblems in each apparel unit • Fabrication of custom showcase units with see through design • 3D printed doll chromed in selected color pallet

This go around we created a fully detailed site survey which i later then digitized. Based on that I created a full presentation to pitch to the client with real life dimensions according to the dedicated space. The main element employed in Moncler’s design was this cool holographic vinyl that changed beautiful colors while the light hit it. As the production moves along I check progress on fabrication and approve samples. The vinyl was tricky to install but once the guys got it down it looked beautiful. I created and utilized checklist for packing and transport of the entire pop up. I then took part in the supervision of the installation seeing the pop up come to life.
